Welcome! I am so excited to get the opportunity to work with you, and to have a senior rep team again this year. I absolutely loved it this past year and cannot wait to meet my new seniors! I want to answer all of your questions if possible! Be sure to thoroughly read it through!
This page will have all of the information you will need about being a senior rep. Your benefits, what's required, pricing, and how to apply!
What is a Senior Rep?
Being a KWP senior rep means that you are a high school senior graduating in 2027! You are a part of a team of seniors that will rep me as a photographer by posting the photos I take of you, attending group shoots and posting those as well! You get to make so many new friends from it and have fun at group photoshoots styled by me, you get two deluxe photo sessions throughout your time as a rep plus a 50% discount on any other senior packages! Not to mention, you'll get 10-20 individual photos at each group session as well. I will be taking 10-20 girls this year!

What i'm looking for in a senior rep:
- Someone who's active on social media!
- Has good communication skills
- Friendly and welcoming!
- Open to traveling 1+ hours for group shoots around the houston area (galveston, woodlands, college station, etc)
- Girls who are interested in my brand and photography business!
the requirements:
- You must have a public profile!
- Must attend 3 group shoots out of the 6 we will have
- Willing to travel 1+ hours for group shoots
- Be a high school senior-- class of 2027!
- Post your photos from each session and tag me in them
- I ask that you only use Kailey Wingate Photography as your sole senior year photographer! (with exceptions)
Pricing:
- The total cost to be a KWP Senior Rep is $800.
- This cost will be split into 2 sections. You will pay $400 when you are confirmed as a rep (may/juneish), the second half- $400 in January! I do work with payment plans if needed.
- You will also get 50% off any senior packages during your time as a rep, just in case you want more photos!
- Cash Referals! You are able to earn $20 in cash referrals every time someone books with me that you referred by word of mouth! This doesn't include just seeing your posts, and they do have to actually book a photoshoot with me. Any kind!
Optional add ons:
- You're also welcome to purchase any other senior package you may want for 50% off during your time as a rep.
Flexibility & extra info
Group Sessions: I require you to attend 3 out of 6 group sessions, because I understand that senior year is busy! You are welcome to attend all, but only 3 are required. These can be any 3 of your choice.
Travel Info: I will charge travel fees for locations that are over 50 minutes away, excluding group shoots. You'll still get a discount compared to normal client travel fees!
Availability & Scheduling: I will send out google forms way in advance of our group sessions to ensure that I can find a date that the most girls are available. These forms will be for listing your availability and the options for our group shoots.
What happens when you're accepted:
First, we will talk about payment and make sure that we can get that settled first.
Then I will send over a contract that states all of your benefits and requirements, that me, you, and one of your legal guardians will have to sign!
We will then start planning the first group shoot once everyone is settled, and I will make a community group chat for general info.
